Working all over the globe for a variety of organizations, he has facilitated workshops in his native English, as well as Japanese and Spanish for some of the top companies and organizations in the world on diversity, creativity and innovation, and communication and corporate culture.
Psychology
Chris began his workshop facilitation career in the psychology field at a drug rehabilitation program in the US, leading inpatient and outpatient workshop sessions on a MICA unit (mental illness chemical addictions) for two years before heading to Japan to study Japanese.

Once in Tokyo he started his own company, in the moment, ltd., in 1997 to provide workshop creation and facilitation services for corporations and organizations in Japan and abroad. He is a founding member of the Tokyo Comedy Store/Improvazilla Show and is one of the pioneers of improvisation in Japan, bringing skills from the performance world to his training events.
